Video is a great format for tv, but is not very accessible for most people on the internet. That is why a videoletter here is a web page for others to look at and connect to.

It's easy, and you can improve it at any time by adding images, stories and discussions. Here are a few tips:

Profile

The more information you provide, the better the chance the person you miss will see your videoletter.

Connections

Connect your videoletter to people and places. Connecting basically means linking. For example, if you connect your videoletter to Sarajevo, it will appear on the Sarajevo page and vice versa. Try and think of where the person would look if he or she came to the site.

Images

Do you have images to go with your videoletter?
Upload images from your computer or search for them on videoletters.net.

Movies

You can also upload small movies. All you have to do is upload them like images. The maximum size for movies is 2 Mb. The formats we can handle are: .mov, .wmv, and .mpeg.

Stories

Do you have any stories about the person you miss? Or maybe you want to use a story to tell him or her what you have been up to lately. Once you've created a videoletter, write a story and select the person you miss under 'connections'. The story will then automatically appear on the videoletter you made.
